How can you help?

The project is run by lion volunteers and supporters who volunteer their time to help sort and pack book bags and care packs, sew and stuff cushions, and assisting with deliveries; together with the generous donation of items received by individuals, businesses and organisations.

Working Bees

The Lions Club of the City of Adelaide runs working bees throughout the year. These sessions involve cutting, sewing and stuffing cushions and port pillows and/or packing care packs and/or sorting, labelling and packing bags of children’s books.

All working bees are promoted on social media and via email. These events are a lot of fun. Lions, friends, families and the wider community are welcome to come along.
