What People Say

"I have recently started a chemotherapy course and I write to tell you how very touched I was to receive your bag of 'goodies' on my first visit. As you undoubtedly are aware, the whole experience of being diagnosed with cancer is rather intimidating so, coupled with the excellent care and attention at the hospital, it is most heart-warming to realise that a dedicated band of people is committed to the task of showing that others care as well. I thank you again and wish you all the best for your endeavours in the coming year. Lorraine I came across your article about the Hear Me Roar project in the latest Lions magazine and wanted to congratulate you on a wonderful project - such a practical thing that you can offer people during a difficult time."
